PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

Martin studied at the University of Illinois Law School, Rutgers Law and Seton Hall Law. After 20 years as a Carrier’s business liability National Account Manager, Martin founded BIS Improved Insurance Agency.

He has since acquired, as their representative, all the major Lawyer Legal Liability Carriers, and with his daughter founded 3G.

Cathy Agacinski is a member in good standing of both the Florida and New Jersey Bars. She has been practicing in the area of insurance litigation since 1992 and is Board Certified in Worker’s Compensation. She was previously an insurance producer in New Jersey and later obtained her insurance agent’s license in Florida, where she established 3G Insurance with her father and mentor Martin Agacinski. Cathy’s combined experience in insurance law and insurance coverage enables her to accurately assess each law firm’s needs as it relates to Legal Liability Insurance, ensuring that they have the proper coverage at the lowest cost.

Sean studied finance at the University of Maine and is licensed to sell insurance in the state of Florida. Under the tutelage of both Martin and Cathy, he has quickly come up to speed in the insurance industry
